Returns and Delivery Terms & Conditions

 

Return Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer free returns for faulty products that are unable to be fixed with a new replacement part. As part of our standard returns policy, we will require photographic or video evidence to be provided in order to help us correctly understand the issues. 

Change of mind returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. We will refund the purchase price, minus the return postage fee, or you are welcome to arrange your own return shipping to our warehouse. 

Shipping Policy:

We can only ship within Australia, the USA and Canada.

USA & Canada Customers: We are currently dispatching the Classic Green style within 48hrs (on business days), with goods arriving within 5 -7 days of ordering. We warehouse our products in Utah and use FedEx to send. 

There is no stock of the White Snowflock style available for immediate shipping. When you order this product you acknowledge that it is on a pre-order basis and will include a number of listed bonuses that will all arrive by August 2024. 

Australian Customers: We are currently dispatching within 48hrs (on business days), with goods arriving within 5 - 7 days of ordering. We warehouse our products in Sydney and use StarTrack, Couriers Please, TNT and Hunter Express to send.

Orders received by 7pm AEDT on working weekdays (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the following working day. This will not be the case if you have ordered on a Friday or Saturday. 

It is the customer's responsibility to check their order before confirmation.

 All deliveries are made to your door. Delivery personnel are not required to install your Christmas tree or remove any packaging.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Please contact us the following working day for an updated schedule. We will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems.

All delivery services are offered in good faith. However, we do not accept responsibility for items that do not arrive on a particular day. We cannot accept this as a valid reason to cancel your order. If you refuse your delivery or part of your delivery for this reason or any other reason except for damaged or incorrect items sent, you will be refunded minus the delivery cost and cost of returning the products to us.
